Technical Committee and Appealing Committee

The Technical Committee shall be made up of:
a. the Chairman: Mr. Geert Magerman
b. the Delegate of World Bridge Federation
c. the technical Representative of the Organizing Committee
d. 3 experts nominated by CISCA from among participating delegations

The Committee, following the decisions of CISCA, will carry out such tasks as technical rules for competition, checking of equipment and facilities, assignment of referees, scheduling of competitions, etc.
The Appealing Committee is composed of Mr. Geert Magerman as the Chairman, and will invite other representatives of participating countries.

International Supervision, Control, and Arbitration Committee (CISCA)

Set up by the Executive Committee of FISU, the CISCA will have final decision during the Championship on all questions of policy or dispute. The Committee is composed of:
a. Chairman: Dr. KIM Ching Yang, the delegate of Executive Committee of FISU
b. the delegate of FISU ( a member of the CIC, responsible for the international control of competitors): Mr. YOU Byong-Jin
c. the Chairman of Technical Committee of FISU: Mr. Geert Magerman
d. the representative of World Bridge Federation (WBF): Mr. Harry van de Peppel
e. the delegate of the Chinese Taipei University Sports Federation
f. the representative of the Organizing Committee
