During the Championship, the Organizing Committee will be responsible for the accommodation, meals and local transportation for the participating countries. However, all domestic and international long distance telephone calls and fax, beverage in mini bar, and pay-services in the village or hotels shall be at the expense of users.

Breakfast and dinner will be served in the hotel while lunch will be available in the venue.
As to the transportation, the Organizing Committee will take care of the local transportation between Kaohsiung International Airport and the hotel and services of shuttle bus will be available between the hotel and the competition venue. The Organizing Committee strongly advises that all participating countries to take Kaohsiung International Airport as their destination and there are many direct flights available to/from Kaohsiung.
